What the Critics Say

"The Q5 has brisk acceleration from a standstill, and you'll have no problem getting it up to highway and passing speeds. Both transmissions are smooth, but the seven-speed dual-clutch has particularly fast shifts that make for a more engaging drive." -- U.S. News & World Report

"The Audi Q5 has been among the most popular compact luxury crossover SUVs for years, and with good reason. It combines a spacious, comfortable and hushed cabin with Audi's traditionally strong cabin quality and in-dash smarts." -- Roadshow by CNET

Audi Q5 Features

Audi Q5 Performance

Proven Performance

Standard power for the Audi Q5 comes in the form of a 2.0-liter turbocharged TFSI® engine with 261 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. This potent engine has the ability to rocket from 0 to 60 MPH in a blistering 5.7 seconds which helps inject a dose of adrenaline to your commute. Legendary quattroⓇ all-wheel drive with ultraⓇ technology optimizes performance and efficiency by powering the front wheels as often as possible while retaining the ability to direct power and grip to the tires which need it most. Five driver-selectable modes in Audi drive select adjust your vehicle's steering, transmission shifts and throttle response, allowing you to customize the drive to your liking and take advantage of the road. Despite its sporty character, the Q5 still has the ability to tow up to 4,400 pounds when equipped with an available trailer hitch.

Q5 Plug-In Hybrid

Equipped with an electric motor paired with a traditional TFSI® gasoline engine, the Audi Q5 PHEV balances power and versatility with exceptional efficiency. When you select EV mode, the Q5 PHEV has a range of 19 miles that gives buyers the option to drive free of tailpipe emissions. As a result of the TFSI® and EV powertrain state, the Q5 PHEV is EPA rated at 65 MPGe. Similar to the dynamic Audi e-tron, the Q5 PHEV comes standard with a compact charging system and can be charged at any SAE J1772 charging station. Plug-in-specific applications in the myAudi app allow you to remotely monitor or personalize charging functions to suit your preferences. Audi anticipates that the Q5 PHEV may be eligible for both federal and/or state tax incentives. Turbo Blue and Daytona Gray are two exclusive colors found on the Q5 PHEV to help set them stand out from the competition.

Audi Q5 Interior

Tech-Focused Interior

You'll find yourself surrounded with cutting-edge technology features inside the luxurious interior of the Audi Q5. Opt for the available Audi virtual cockpit to receive a fully digital 12.3-inch instrument cluster which customizes information such as audio, phone, navigation, and offers Google Street View™ or Google Earth™ screen options. Optional MMIⓇ touch with handwriting-recognition technology makes it easier to navigate maps by allowing the driver to "write" their entry rather than selecting buttons. Experience unparalleled comfort from standard heated eight-way power front seats which feature four-way power lumbar adjustment for the driver and seat memory functions. Split folding 40/20/40 rear seatbacks with adjustable recline allow you to comfortably carry cargo with up to 53.1 cubic feet of capacity, passengers, or even a blend of both.

Advanced Driver-Assistive Safety

The Audi suite of advanced driver assistance technologies is the extra set of eyes you need to help alert you of an unpredictable situation. Standard Audi pre senseⓇ city can detect stationary vehicles and pedestrians at speeds of up to 52 MPH, warn you of an imminent collision, and initiate emergency braking. Rear cross traffic assist uses radar sensors and optical warnings to help alert you of approaching vehicles and prompt when to stop the vehicle. Included on the Prestige trim level, Audi park steering assist can measure gaps and automatically steer into them. To help warn you and the front passenger of vehicles or cyclists approaching from behind, Vehicle exit assist uses illuminated LED lights as a notification before opening the front doors. Collectively, these available technologies can initiate emergency measures like partial closing of the sunroof and side windows while pretensioning the front safety belts to brace you in the event of an inevitable collision.
