About The Audi S6 Sportback e-tron

Energizing Performance

The all-electric drivetrain in the S6 Sportback e-tron uses two electric motors to produce a system total of 496 horsepower, with a Launch Mode that lets you turn up the output to 543 horsepower. That’s just shy of 100 more horsepower than the gasoline-powered S6, and the EV version can beat the conventional S6 to 60mph by half a second, just 3.7 seconds for the S6 Sportback e-tron. It comes with standard quattro® all-wheel drive, with rear-bias power delivery for performance-oriented handling. Further helping with handling is the sport adaptive air suspension, which is also standard, and is also able to provide impressive ride comfort. Thanks to Audi’s superior 800-volt battery architecture, the S6 Sportback e-tron also charges quickly, with the ability to charge from 10% to 80% on a DC fast charger in just 21 minutes.

Luxury Interior

For all the impressive performance of the S6 Sportback e-tron, the interior is a refined and comfortable place to be. The combination of the electric drivetrain and incredibly aerodynamic body makes the cabin impressively quiet, which helps you appreciate the available 20-speaker Bang & Olufsen® sound system with 3D sound and front headrest speakers. The upholstery is soft Nappa leather, and the front seats are both heated and ventilated. Three-zone climate control adds to the comfort level, and pre-conditioning comes standard with it. When you enter the pre-conditioned cabin, you can then push a button, and the power soft-closing doors will swing shut. The interior is similar to the one in the mainstream A6 Sportback e-tron in many respects, but there are unique performance-oriented features like sport seats, sport pedals, and a steering wheel with a flat top and bottom.

Incredible Technology

The incredible performance of the S6 Sportback e-tron demonstrates just how committed Audi is to advancing automotive technology, but there is so much more to what makes the S6 Sportback e-tron technologically impressive. On the exterior, there are available digital OLED taillights, and the option to choose from seven additional daytime running light signatures. Inside, the panoramic glass roof provides tons of natural light, but when you prefer some shade, you can turn it opaque instantly, thanks to the polymer-dispersed liquid crystal technology. There is an available head-up display, which sets itself apart from other displays by using augmented reality technology to be even more useful. The infotainment touchscreen is angled towards the driver for easier use, but if your passenger needs to pick some music or find a restaurant, there is a secondary passenger-side touchscreen available.
