2026 Audi Q5 vs. Mercedes-Benz GLC Comparison with Price, Specs, & Photos
With Audi Ann Arbor

Audi Q5 VS Mercedes-Benz GLC
The Q5 and GLC start with very similar pricing. The GLC has a slightly lower starting price, but given that it doesn’t come with standard all-wheel drive, this isn’t very surprising. The Q5 comes with a bit more power, and together with the added traction from the quattro® all-wheel drive system, there is a difference in acceleration that you’ll feel. And although these two vehicles are very similar in size, the Q5 scores some important practicality points by offering more cargo space.
Given the minimal price difference between these two vehicles, you might expect that standard AWD is the only advantage that the Q5 has over the GLC, in terms of equipment. The Q5 coming with leather upholstery as standard is a major difference all on its own, but add driver assistance features like Active Lane Keeping Assist, Real-Time Traffic, and adaptive cruise control, and you might start wondering what exactly you do actually get for your money with the GLC. And then there are features, like LED fog lights, that aren’t available on the GLC at all. Lastly, Audi throws in the first three years of routine maintenance for free with the purchase of your vehicle, a clear advantage over the none that Mercedes-Benz offers.
*Price excludes $1,295 destination, taxes, title, other options and dealer changes. Dealer sets actual price.
